I didn't get my password?
Regardless of whether you or an administrator add you as a new player, a password is always sent to the specified address upon registration. But for various reasons, the email will not always get to the final destination. Below are some suggestions for actions you can do yourself to try and get the email with the password through.
Look in the junk mail
Start by looking at your email client's junk mail or spam. If you find it there, mark it as not spam, so it will end up there next time. If you do not find it, clear the junk mail folder completely, so that it is empty for the next step.
Reset the password
It may have been a temporary error that caused the e-mail to fail. Therefore, it is good to reset the password. Then a new one is generated and sent to your specified email address. If you receive an error message when you try to restore it, it may mean that you entered an incorrect address when you registered. Please contact Support for further assistance. To reset the password, go to the login page and click on the Forgot password? link, or https://league.systems/login/reset/.
Add safe sender
Sometimes, domains may be incorrectly classified as spam or junk. Then it may help to add them to your safe sender list. The following image shows how to do this in Outlook. Note that it may take a while before it is commited, so wait a while after this change and then try to reset the password as above.
